Expedition 24 Flight Engineers Doug Wheelock and Tracy Caldwell Dyson have completed the first of two planned spacewalks to remove and replace an ammonia pump module that failed July 31. Their spacewalk ended at 3:22 p.m. EDT, lasting eight hours, three minutes, making it the longest International Space Station-based spacewalk in history and the sixth longest in human spaceflight history.
