Wired: Apple Unveils High-Resolution, Videoconferencing iPhone 4

As expected, Apple unveiled details of its next-generation iPhone at a conference Monday morning. Speaking to the company’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference, Apple CEO Steve Jobs demonstrated the iPhone 4, a slim smartphone with videoconferencing, an extremely high-resolution screen, a 5-megapixel camera, and a new, faster processor. He also showed off details of the company’s newest mobile operating system, now dubbed iOS 4, which will run on the iPhone 4 as well as (in the future) the iPad.[more...]
